Con lo recolectado se elaboraron <strong>1.036.796.595<\/strong><\/strong> <em><strong>litros de vino y <strong>405.485.431<\/strong><\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>de mosto. La provincia de San Juan tuvo una merma del 6,2% y Mendoza un crecimiento del 6,4%.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.centroenologico.com.ar\/\" aria-label=\"CERSA 1700X500 BORDO\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/enolife.com.ar\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/CERSA-1700X500-BORDO.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"1700\" height=\"500\"   \/><\/a>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero de este a\u00f1o, el INV difundi\u00f3 la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enolife.com.ar\/es\/segun-la-estimacion-del-inv-argentina-cosechara-20-971-400-qq-de-uva-9-que-en-2024\/\">estimaci\u00f3n de cosecha para 2025<\/a><\/strong>, previendo <strong>20.971.400 de qq<\/strong> de uva (+9% que en 2024), con una a <strong>incertidumbre del +\/- 5%<\/strong>. Finalmente se recolectaron <strong>19.802.447 qq <\/strong>(<strong>-5,6% <\/strong>de lo estimado). De este modo, la vendimia 2025 fue de <strong>+3,6% que en 2024<\/strong>. Con lo recolectado, se elaboraron 1.036.796.595 litros de vino y 405.485.431 de mosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las dos principales provincias productoras, <strong>Mendoza <\/strong>tuvo un crecimiento del <strong>+6,4%<\/strong> con respecto a la misma semana de cosecha de 2024, con <strong>1.478.410.692<\/strong> <strong>kg<\/strong>, y San Juan una merma del <strong>-6,2%<\/strong> con <strong>390.814.108 kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n replicamos los cuadros estad\u00edsticos elaborados por el INV con los n\u00fameros de la cosecha de uva 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
