Con 19.791.420<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-style: italic;\">quintales de uva, se elaboraron <strong>1.009.373.954 <\/strong><\/strong><em><strong>litros de vino y <strong>401.162.986<\/strong><\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>de mosto. La provincia de San Juan tuvo una merma del 11,2% y Mendoza un crecimiento del 8,3%.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.centroenologico.com.ar\/\" aria-label=\"CERSA 1700X500 BORDO\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/enolife.com.ar\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/CERSA-1700X500-BORDO.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"1700\" height=\"500\"   \/><\/a>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00faltimo informe de cosecha de 2025 publicado en la web del <strong>Instituto Nacional de Vitivinicultura (INV)<\/strong>, correspondiente a la <strong>semana 23 <\/strong>de la vendimia, muestra un<strong> crecimiento del 3,7% respecto a 2024.<\/strong> Con los <strong>1.979.142.007<\/strong> <strong>kg de uva<\/strong> se llevan elaborados <strong>1.009.373.954 litros de vino <\/strong>y <strong><strong><strong>401.162.986<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> <strong>de mosto. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las dos principales provincias productoras, <strong>Mendoza <\/strong>tuvo un crecimiento del <strong>+8,3%<\/strong> con respecto a la misma semana de cosecha de 2024, con <strong>1.503.051.756<\/strong> <strong>kg<\/strong>. No es el caso de <strong>San Juan<\/strong>, que redujo su cosecha un <strong>-11,2%<\/strong> con <strong>368.530.361 kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n replicamos los cuadros
