Seg\u00fan el mismo, se recolectaron en Argentina <strong>19.501.367,75<\/strong> quintales de uva, un 4,3% m\u00e1s que a igual semana de 2024. Con lo cosechado se elaboraron <strong>865.345.487 <\/strong><\/strong><em><strong>litros de vino y <strong>375.559.108<\/strong> de mosto. La provincia de San Juan tuvo una merma del 11% y Mendoza un crecimiento del 9,2%.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El 11vo. informe de cosecha de 2025 publicado por el <strong>Instituto Nacional de Vitivinicultura (INV)<\/strong>, correspondiente a la <strong>semana 20 <\/strong>de la vendimia, muestra un<strong> crecimiento del 4,3% respecto a 2024.<\/strong> Con los <strong>1.950.136.775<\/strong> <strong>kg de uva<\/strong> se llevan elaborados <strong>865.345.487 litros de vino <\/strong>y <strong>375.559.108 de mosto. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las dos principales provincias productoras, <strong>Mendoza <\/strong>tuvo un crecimiento del <strong>+9,2%<\/strong> con respecto a la misma semana de cosecha de 2024, con <strong>1.479.056.881 kg<\/strong>. No es el caso de <strong>San Juan<\/strong>, que afectada por contingencias clim\u00e1ticas y un brote de peron\u00f3spora, redujo su cosecha un <strong>-11%<\/strong> con <strong>365.595.653
