Del total de lo recolectado, 18.798.000 qq (98%) de uva se utilizaron para elaboraci\u00f3n de vinos y mostos, y 391.740 qq (2%) para consumo en fresco y pasas. La elaboraci\u00f3n total de vinos y mostos alcanz\u00f3 los 14.250.495 hl, un 32,8% mayor que el a\u00f1o anterior. Respecto al a\u00f1o 2023, las variedades tintas aumentaron un 30,7%, las rosadas un 38,2% y las blancas un 25,4%. En t\u00e9rminos relativos, la participaci\u00f3n de la mecanizaci\u00f3n de esta labor sobre el total provincial es mayor en las provincias de La Pampa (95,5%), Neuqu\u00e9n (85,3%) y Salta (33,4%). Ingresaron a elaboraci\u00f3n un total de 18.798.000 qq de uva, el 51,8% corresponde a uvas tintas, el 30,1% a rosadas y el 18,1% a blancas. Seg\u00fan lo declarado ante el INV, la producci\u00f3n de uva con este destino en 2024 fue de 50.015qq. En 2024 se destinaron a secaderos de uva 341.725 qq de uva. Se elaboraron 10.868.843 hl (76,3%) de vino, 3.380.231 hl (23,7%) de mosto y 1.421 hl (0,01%) de jugo de uva.
